Login to the app and then nothing - no option anyway to do anything. In this day and age, a workable app is bare minimum requirement, even for a not for profit health fund. Will need to look for a health fund elsewhere that can provide those bare minimum services.

Fix your app
Why bother relaunching your app when it doesn’t work! Have delete and downloaded, tried on other phones and internet and the digital card doesn’t load! Tells me I am offline or no internet connect- there is Starlink!
