App Store keyword rank checker
See where any iOS app ranks in App Store search — live, per storefront, straight from Apple's public endpoints. Free, no account.
what a rank here means
Positions are the organic search results for your exact keyword in the storefront you chose, counted from #1, down to the top 200 the public API exposes. If your app doesn't appear, it isn't ranking for that phrase yet — usually a metadata problem, not a popularity one: Apple indexes the title, subtitle, and hidden keyword field as one combined word pool, and a word missing from the pool means no rank at any position.
do this automatically
This page is one tool of twelve. With a free API key, your agent gets the full loop over MCP: rank across 25 storefronts per call, keyword demand with real Apple Search Ads popularity, listing audits, coverage math for metadata drafts, and a managed tracker that snapshots your keywords daily. You ask in plain English; it does this — every morning, without the form.
questions
Where does the data come from?
Apple's public storefront endpoints — the same live data the openaso MCP tools serve to agents, cached minutes-fresh. Every check runs against the storefront you pick, because ranks genuinely differ by country.
Why does it stop at #200?
The public search API returns at most 200 results per query. Nobody can honestly see deeper than that — tools claiming otherwise are extrapolating.
How many checks do I get?
10 per hour without an account, from a shared free pool. A free account key raises that to 500 tool calls a day across all 12 tools — rank, keyword suggestions, listing audits, reviews, tracking — no card required.
Can I track rankings daily?
Yes — with a key. Connect the MCP endpoint to Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client, and your agent can put keywords on a managed daily snapshot run, then read back movement and drops each morning. See the quickstart.
