Total Garbage
When you go to report that your power is out, the app instantly closes/crashes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Doesn’t help. So the one thing that the app is actually useful for, I have no idea if they are even getting my report reported outage or not.

It worked only once. After that it does not recognize billing account number, email or name. I’ve tried to rectify the situation through customer service - nothing. So if they tell you to download this app out of convenience - good luck. I gave it one star, which is one star too…

This is not realistic at all. Do not believe in what the app says. It said I had used $180 for the month turns out my bill was over $300.
