Buggy, unreliable, and confusing
I get that this is a budget airline but can’t you at least make the app more reliable? For instance the constant loading screens are obnoxious and it constantly logs you out.

Be prepared to: - be unable to manage bookings and use KF privileges - be nickeled and dimed for everything - never be able to contact a human to resolve issues - constantly be greeted with smarmy illustrations that belie how little this airline cares

Can’t sign up and can’t pull booking on App
App UI is fine, but Krisflyer sign up doesn’t work for me, it just says please try again in 24 hours (and I’ve already tried it earlier on web). I also can’t add a booking I’ve checked in via web to the app.
