Confusing and dated app
This app is not user friendly, it looks like it was created by amateurs. It’s difficult to navigate and requires multiple attempts just to book a simple ticket. Whoever created it should be fired

Expected so much more
Ease of booking was good. No text alerts to changes in schedule. Minutes on my train running 45 minutes late. Translations only worked on some pages. Expected the level of DB app but got much less

I bought a ticket in the app Fall of 2025 and now it rejects my Visa card.
So I deleted the app, logged back in, and had the same problem. So I deleted my Visa card thinking I could enter a new one during purchase and it refuses to complete the payment process. I bought the ticket on the Swiss train app instead. ÖBB needs to fix their app!
