お知らせが煩わしい
モバイルオーダーのために利用。 並ばず便利だしカスタマイズも口頭じゃなくていいので、その場では満足してた。 しかし後日判明したが、「inbox」に届く「What’s New」（いわゆるプロモーションメール）の配信停止ができない。勝手に溜まっていくのならまだしも、毎回スマホに通知が届いてしまい非常に煩わしい。もちろんスマホ側で通知を切れば良いのだが、そうなると注文後の商品完成通知までも来なくなる。 せっかくアプリの不具合もなく注文もスムーズ、デザインもおしゃれなのに、上記の一点で良い点の全てを帳消しにするほどUXは最悪でした。…
