症例が少な過ぎる
まず、自分の症状を訴えられる事ができない幼児かどうかが選択肢にないのは問題外のように思います。 他の質問項目も大雑把で、私の娘の症状（重積しやすいタイプの無熱性の小児てんかん）には使えませんでした。
