If you lose your remote you can use the app for a “remote”. The app doesn’t even load when trying to open up and make use of it. Terrible app, scratch the idea and come up with a better idea or better app. It’s 2026, this should not be a technological problem🤣

Worst remote app ever
You would think a company as large and talented as Samsung would be able to create an app that works and doesn’t crash every time you use it. Think again. This app is complete trash. We have a brand new frame TV and the app crashes and fails constantly. It’s complete trash.
