Terms of service failed to load 2026/07/07
Tried to log into app today and it didn’t work. I’ve used it several times in the past. It asked me to uninstall and reinstall, which I did, and now it is failing when it tries to load terms of service.

Infuriating
This required update is a nightmare. In order to do it I have to delete the app and start all over again. And I lose all the data on it. Calling BC services is no help. I was told to call my MLA if I have an issue with this. Your tax dollars at work!

I have not yet figured out how to login from my computer without my phone being around with the app loaded on it. Various codes that you go back-and-forth during the log in process on your computer, but Ultimately you have to have both of them. The computer asked for a username…
