관리자는 보십시오
종점 전 정류장에서 탑승하는 사람들은 예약 확인도 안하고 기사님들이 다 태웁니다. 그리고 예약 한 사람들은 항상 본인이 탑승한 내역, 환급 받지 못한 내역을 들고 상담원분에게 문의를 드려야 환급받네요. 근데 몇번 문의 드리다보니 상담원분도 귀찮았는지 문제를 예약자 탓으로 돌립니다. 기사교육이랑 담당자 교육 못 시킬거같으면 그지같은거 없애버리고 일반 배차를 늘리십시오. 그 동안 귀찮아도 예약 안하면 버스를 탑승하지 못한다는 불확실성 때문에 참았는데 제 탓으로 돌리니 참기 힘드네요.
