昨日、取引時間中に数時間にわたるシステム障害が発生し、必要な売却操作ができず、大きな損失を被りました。証券会社にとって、取引システムの安定性は最も基本的な責任です。重要な時間帯に長時間利用できず、十分な説明や案内もない対応には強い不信感を覚えます。今回の障害について、原因、再発防止策、利用者への対応を明確に公表すべきです。現状では、安心して資産を預けられるサービスとは言えません。
