Worst app I’ve ever used
Terrible, confusing UX, poor connection handling — it’s the epitome of atrocious app design at its finest.

Does Not Work on All Phones
This app does not work on my iPhone 16 as I keep getting “Server Error,” but it works fine on my family’s iPhone 17s. Pretty disappointing. Never had this issue when we used the app for Disney World.

Absolutely terrible
I have never ever been this upset about an app. Probably the worst user interface and whoever designed this has never ever used it at the park.
