なぜこんな改悪を
ひとつ前のバージョンがまだマシだった。10年以上利用しているが、これまでのインターフェースと違いすぎて、何をやるにも間違った操作をしてしまうのではと不安しかない。情報がすんなり頭に入ってこず、非常に使いにくい。デザインした人の意図を聞きたい。解約を検討するレベル。

カードが送られて来て数日開けてログインしてみましたが、エラーばかりで先に進めない。ソニー銀行大丈夫か？ 書留で送られて来たカードの登録がカード番号の認証できないアプリってなんなんだ。カードで入金してもアプリで確認できないと怖くて入金できない。
