この時代にアプリにお金を投資してないのやばいですよ。 全体的にチケット買うまでの手間が多すぎる。 購入する度に都度アカウントにログインしなきゃ行けない。 何故アカウント情報を保持していないのか、アプリにログインしている意味は何？ それに伴いクレジット情報も保管してないから都度入力と言う手間。 お疲れ様の情報保持もできないから何回ログインさせるんだって話。 1度でも決済に失敗するとまた1から予約をしなきゃ行けないカス仕様。 百歩譲ってまだそれだけならいいが、失敗した座席が保有されたままになっており時間を置かないと再度その座席で予約ができない。…

メールアドレスかパスワードが間違っていると表示されて使えない。 再設定しても同じ事が起きる。 運営ポンコツなの？毎回会員外でチケット取ってる状態です。 会員登録の勧誘しないで欲しい。どこら辺がお得なんだよ個人情報吸い取られてるだけだと思う。
