薬の受取や説明がない
【精神科】診察からその後の薬の受取まで、アプリには手順が書いておらず、問診票や予約をしないと受け取れないことを期限を過ぎてから知った。診察予約時の問診票を書くなど、記入することがたくさんあるので忘れると取り消しになってしまう。 早く予約が取れて有り難いが、薬の種類が限られているのであまり効果はないと思った。 しっかりとメールを確認して事前の記入や薬の受取をしなければ効果は得られない。

毎回マイナンバーや保険証の情報を入力しないといけないのはなぜ？！？！
特に救急で連絡しているのに、いちいち保険証やらの情報を入れないのは非常に不便。 他のアプリでこんなのみたことありません
