出前館が負け続ける理由
配達員視点で… ・支払いサイクルが遅い。他と同じく週一回にすべき。 ・現在地からピック先までの距離も合計で出すべき。 ・ミスマッチに遠い案件を割り当てない。（※現在地から1〜2キロ以内） ・調理完了予定10分前以上を出さない。 ・調理待ちキャンセルをOKにする。 これをやらんと出前館メインではやらないよね🤤 ドライバー決まらないからオファー単価上げてるだろ？足元見られる原因を作ってるのは自分らやで。 ミスマッチと距離詐欺をなくし、いまの単価でやれば最優先候補に選ばれる。

2026年8月現在 配達員評価に大きな変更
遅配が確定となった注文を受諾したりお店で長時間待ち遅配が確実なものとなった配達を行ったりしても、今までは配達員評価(「時間厳守」「ホスピタリティ」「配達完遂」「顧客満足」)に大きな変化は見られなかったが、これからは「ホスピタリティ」の項目が大きく影響を受けることとなった。遅配となった場合には問答無用で評価が下げられてしまうことになる。 お店やお客様のことを思って行動した者ほど評価が下がってしまう、なんとも皮肉なものである。真面目な者ほど馬鹿を見る結果となった。…
