利用して7ヶ月ほど快適に使わせてもらっていましたが、少し前から、通話応答ができなくなりモニター画面が映らなくなりました。スマホ登録し直してもWi-Fi設定し直しても画面は黒く映りません。アップデートのタイミングだったのか？？ロック解除はできるけど訪問者の顔が見えないので困っています

インターホン鳴ってるのに反応しないことが多く信頼性に大いに問題がある。また動作する場合でも遅延が大きいし音質も悪い。せめて同一LANにいる時の信頼性をあげてほしい
