Not suitable for EVs
The app has never been great or geared towards ev’s (I really don’t need a service plan to change my oil). Recently, the app was updated so now it’s an absolute pain to use the flexible charging features of my energy supplier. Next car won’t be a BMW if this isn’t fixed.

The My BMW app is virtually useless when it comes to setting an EV timer to take advantage of off peak electric rates. It is impossible to reliably set a charging schedule. More often than not, the app simply ignores the settings and charges the vehicle in peak rate periods…
