It’s just ok.
I like the app except for one thing. When calculating a liquid dose for a child it doesn’t take into effect the max dose. For example an 80 lbs child getting amoxicillin it says to give 18.1ml (1451mg) if the concentration is 400mg/5ml. However the app says the max dose is…

Mostly useful, bilirubin tool outdated
I mostly use for quick medication dosing. I used to use for bilirubin risk graph but that is no longer the standard. I hope they change to the 2022 bilirubin guidelines soon.
