国はレビューを見ないのか、、、ふざけしょうも
こんなにもレビューが低くてビックリしましたが、レビューの低さに納得しました、、顔認証が出来なくて初期化予約が制限されました。制度が低いせいで出来ないのに制限って、、、仕方なく時間を作って市役所に行くことにします。

精度も操作性も悪い
カメラによる本人認証の間違いの多さ、マイナンバーカードの読み取りエラーの多さ。挙げ句の果てに上記が発生するとアプリが落ちて最初からやり直さないといけない始末。 これで役所に行かないといけないなら、このアプリを作った目的は何なんだろうかと。

券面事項入力補助用暗証番号はリセット出来ない。そもそもその説明も無くここに飛ばされます。マイナポータルや電子認証など、それぞれ別アプリにする意味がわからない。
