Schlechte Menüführung
Völlig unklar wie ich Pakete ohne Beachrichtigungskarte abholen kann. Ein Paket wurde von DHL in einer anderen Packstation hinterlegt und ich bekomme keinen Code zum Abholen in der App angezeigt. Somit geht das Paket unnötiger Weise wieder zurück.

Proper 2-Factor and Passkey authentication
I would like to see 2-Factor legitimation via an authenticator app instead of sending interceptable emails. Also authentication via passkeys would be great. Take a look at Deutsche Bahn Login & Security settings for a well-designed solution.
