Premium Features Don’t Work
I signed up for the premium account. Each time I try to use the barcode scanner, it tells me I need to upgrade to premium. When I click on “okay” it tells me I’m already subscribed…. Endless loop. Complete ripoff.

Paid for premium consistent issues
I have been a paid user for years but recently the app shows that I am not a paid user with ads popping up. When I go to upgrade it says I am already a subscriber. I have had to delete the app and restart it in order for it to work again but it doesn’t last. Please fix this.

Horrible app now
They ruined everything that was good about the app. It’s unusable. Really sad they let AI code and manage support and tell them what people like. I’m sure soon enough they will announce it’s shutting down.
