We had to walk around for an hour in 100 degree heat and humidity. Our tickets had no information about which gate to enter. They’d scan our ticket and say they aren’t readable. We even went to the ticket help on our second pass around the stadium. They didn’t have a clue why…

Tickets cancelled 2 hrs before event
Traveled 1200 miles to see a game and tickets were cancelled 2 hours before event. Other seats were offered but were worse seats for the same cost. Now I can’t get my money back only a credit. Never again Subhub!!!
