Doesn’t reserve seats
I bought seats via O2 because the vue app said I could get the lux seats and then it gave them to somebody else so I was forced to go for normal seats and I would have gone to another cinema if I hadn’t already paid for them

So where’s my free ticket?
I have a free ticket in club Vue but can I use it? NO!! I put the code in that doesn’t work. When you go to add voucher it doesn’t say club Vue so you can’t add the code. Also no place to contact club Vue to complain …
