Doesn’t work for American’s
It will ask what kind of ID, when I select international/passport.. it lets me put all the data. But when I try to type in the address it defaults to Australian addresses and rejects my ID verification. Useless app. Telstra is far better n great user experience.

I’ve tried several times to purchase their prepaid eSIM and each time it won’t take US passport. Trying to get ahold of them via chat, they route you with a dead loop saying message us via app, but app doesn’t have that feature if you don’t have an account with them. You cannot…
