No playback speed option
Most streaming platforms allow you to change the playback speed but Now TV doesn’t. Can this be added please?

Nothing works as it should
The subtitles are all over the place and it can’t seem to understand when you stop watching on one device and move to another. Adds are too long and every feature seems to turn into an extra paid for adding. Junk!

No respect for customer or their own product
You pay top dollar to remove ads but they still force you to watch ads for other shows, and then spoil shows with badly cut breaks where ads would be inserted. We’re the product not the customer.
