Worst customer service
I have not had my paper delivered for the past four days. I call and report every morning you cannot speak to a person. They guaranteed is get my paper this morning - my Sunday paper- still no paper . This company and its lack of response is shameful.

Won’t Work
I signed up for Sunday print and all digital and was given an email to download this app. I’ve downloaded the app the app won’t let me read the articles and the subscription department doesn’t have any record of me being a paid subscriber and yet I paid them. Good luck to anybody…

I hadn’t read a paper in ages…
Having the option to read the paper as if it were an actual paper is really cool! It’s why I subscribed. I can read the paper, page by page, like in the old days! I can read it whenever I want to. And carry it around in my pocket in my smartphone. I’m all in!
