They take material away
I opened the app to get a list of all the trainings I’d done over the last few years (to submit for a certification), and most of the trainings I’d done disappeared one by one. So not only can I not submit them for CPE’s, but I can’t even finish the ones that I hadn’t completed…

Lost all course progress
I lost all course progress due to system wide update for that particular course, and now Udemy just recommends starting over. No notification was received of this coming, and no refund allowed. Also, even more frustrating their app doesn’t have consistent playback.
