Coming from the Metro North app, this app trails behind. Why can’t I buy tickets directly from the trip scheduler? Why can’t I save a train I’m taking? When buying multiple tickets, activating them should be shown together, not separately. Why is it buggy when planning a trip.…

How can it be this bad?
The old clunky app worked better than the newly updated app. Now when you buy tickets with it, it’s a gamble as to whether or not they will show up in the app after purchase. This creates an awkward train ride and an angry conductor.
