結局、、、
結局スカウトも何も経歴見ずに適当に送ってる企業が多いです。スカウトとは名ばかりで、求めてる経歴が無いと勝手にテンション下がってるのが面接中に顔に出てますね、、。結局日本人材難問題は、既存の企業にも問題があると思う。スカウトは時間の無駄なので自分から応募した方が早い可能性があります。
