The app never works anymore. We have no news on our kid if they arrive to pick them up if they are late, the dispatch never answers the phone no matter how many times you try calling. Promises a lot and delivers nothing.

I will if first view can notify me when a different bus is picking up or dropping off my son, because I don’t see that on the app
