Instructions would help
Initially found this app useless but then I realised you had to click on the purple arrow to actually get live information about which stop the driver was on. Please make this clearer for the user

Doesn’t work
Downloaded this purely to see when my order would be arriving today. The app told me order doesn’t exist as “visit reference complete” - not sure how a job can be marked as complete when it’s not been done. Sloppy and means I now have to waste time contacting customer services.
