Doesn’t work
Downloaded this purely to see when my order would be arriving today. The app told me order doesn’t exist as “visit reference complete” - not sure how a job can be marked as complete when it’s not been done. Sloppy and means I now have to waste time contacting customer services.

This is an app for tracking deliveries and repairs. The first thing you need to do is add a reference number. The entry field asks for a post code or contact number not the reference, which is what you have to enter. Thats amateur. You can’t log in as a customer. And it cant find…

Not working properly
The app looks nice and it is straightforward. The map doesn’t update. The website is more reliable and it works intermittently. You need to close the app and open it again to get an update.
