勝手にすぐログアウトする。会計時に気がつくものなので後ろの人を気にして諦めることが多い。せっかくポイントを貯めたいのに。ロイヤルホストは他のファミレスとは一線を画して美味しいと思ってて大好きです。サービスも他のファミラストは違う。なのにユーザー体験でアプリだけ最悪でロイヤルホストらしくない。ポイントや会員の意味をこのアプリが足を引っ張っている。

アプリ内でキャンペーンに応募する時に、IDは自動入力されているのに、名前とログインメールアドレスをいちいち入力させるのはやめてもらいたい。 名前とメールアドレスまで自動入力してもらいたい。
