I canceled my account and deleted it. For some odd reason Candle still charged me $39.99. Canceling is also a length process that needs to be changed. Customer service is slow as well. I enjoyed the app for the most part, other then the camera sometimes not working. But 1 star…

It doesn’t let you cancel premium.
Do not pay for anything. Customer service is useless and basically just tells you to figure it out. I have disputed the charge and blocked future payments. Beware
