開くまでが面倒
郵便局だからって、「ゆうＩＤ」を無理矢理登録連携させられて不便です。かんぽアプリを開く時にも、ゆうＩＤの認証画面を開けさせられるし、面倒だから、かんぽアプリを利用したくなくなります。 事前周知しておいてほしい事（制度が変わって、手続き時に用意しないといけない書類の事など）も後手後手ですし、、、加入時に「死亡保障はいらない」と言っているのに、強制的に死亡保障を付けないと医療保険に加入できない。この保険会社は「意向確認」の意味をわかっているのでしょうか？
