Pathetic App
Just like every other government app, this one barely works. Every time I try to e-sign, it throws an error. I seriously don’t understand who they hire to build these apps and websites. Pathetic. Why do they even create such useless apps if they can’t work properly???

Unable to submit Form 7 and Poor Complaint resolution measures
It’s been more than a month that I have complained through the ECINET app and the complaint status has not moved an inch. If I mail them the complaint. They revert me back to ECINET app for faster resolution. There is no resolution !
