【提出】で何度もエラーになる方へ
Wi-Fi切るとうまく送れました、ご参考までに 退職後の傷病手当金申請で以前の記号番号をうっかり紛失していたのですが、マイナカードから加入歴を直で引っ張ってくれるのはありがたかったです(マイナアプリの深いところからも拾えますが面倒臭い) アプリである必要性はまだなかったのでは？結局ブラウザで完結します
