I am trying to log in using my BSNL number, but I am not receiving the OTP. Interestingly, it works perfectly with non-BSNL numbers. I have already tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.

Service problems
This new application of BSNL still needs a lot of improvements because it contains a lot of wrong information like a postpaid user is given 25GB data but in this app it shows 13GB and in the profile it shows prepaid instead of postpaid, so there is a lot of need for improvement…
