The new app does not show journey details such as transfers, times, and platform numbers unless you click “amend booking” and click on “Direct, NaNh, NaNm.” Ah yes. My train at not-a-number hours, not-a-number minutes. I expect basic type conversion issues in a first year…

Terrible app experience
Bought my tickets via the new app and could not adjust the booking when I wanted to. Kept clicking “adjust booking” and it would as me to sign in when I already was signed in. Could not activate my tickets for my trips today either. I hope they are working to improve this app…
