迫る敵機に、機銃を向け、艦隊を護る。 太平洋戦争期の対空戦闘、つまり艦上から襲いかかる航空機を迎え撃つ場面だけを切り出したゲームです。 一度は空想したことのある「あの銃座に座っていたら」を、スマホで遊べる短時間の体験にしました。 ・弾は、まっすぐ当たりません。 機銃弾は発射された瞬間に命中するわけではなく、目標に届くまでに時間がかかります。動いている敵機に当てるには、いま見えている位置ではなく、 これから来る位置に撃つ必要があります。この「見越し射撃」の感覚が本作の中心です。 機影が小さいうちは余裕があります。しかし近づくにつれ、相対速度は上がり、修正の余地は消えていきます。雲が低く、瞬時の判断が生死を分けます。 ・守るのは、自分が乗っている艦です。 敵機は爆弾と魚雷を抱えて向かってきます。撃ち落とせなければ、そのまま艦に届きます。雷撃機が投下した魚雷は、艦の転舵で回避します。 撃つことと、舵を取ることの両方が防御手段です。…
