Nice app, but inconsistent service and misleading wording
They send you an email saying your “tickets” are ready, but it’s not a ticket, it’s a voucher. The voucher is useless to use at the venue, and they shouldn’t be called tickets. You actually have to wait for their local partner to send the real ticket, but so far I’m 1 for 2 on…
