This app still uses non-production URLs for authentication, forces AI-sloppy replies when triaging conditions. Whoever got paid for this clearly has no idea how to develop an app. If I could give them less that 1 star, I would.

It does all the same infuriating ineptitude of 111 but with added fun of filling in lots of details first. If misread a question or don’t understand the question correctly, there’s no going back! You are stuck with “go to a&e”…. For a muscle pain! Seriously completely pointless!…

Unless you have loads of time no use
What is the point of such a long questionnaire that you just answer no to everything to desperately try to get off the page?? Once I answered no to everything without reading it they waste more of your time with long videos- just show some exercises. I’m off to ChatGPT
