For a company as established and widely used as 3CX, it is very disappointing that the mobile app does not appear to offer a simple option to block unwanted callers. Spam calls are a daily issue for many users, and call blocking is a basic feature most phone apps already provide.…

Inconsistent
Sometimes it rings to my phone, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes I get a notification and no ring. Sometimes when I click on the notification, the app opens but I can’t answer the call. Just a poor experience overall.
