登録は出来たものの、全くログインも出来ず、何でログイン出来ないのかすら、わからないです。パスワードをリセットする事すら無理。

そもそもアプリが使用できない
iOS 2.17 で最新版を使っているはずですが、ログインのみならず全てのボタンをタップしても一瞬ローディングアイコンが動くだけで画面も何も遷移しない。IDやパスワードが間違えているのかと思い変更しようとしても、それらのボタンすら正しく動作せず何もできない。
