Expensive, not direct
They charge far too much overhead - more than $9 on a $30 ticket is ridiculous. Also when I open the app it's immediately trying to sell me more tickets instead of just showing me the tickets I have.

Rip off
Buy tickets to see Barry Manilow in Las Vegas. The concert was moved to a date after our trip is over and seek geek will not give a refund. It apparently is their policy so they leave their patron stuck with tickets.
